This Orthopaedic Medical Device Company seeks a highly experienced Orthopaedic Specialist who is looking for a Senior Sales position  with responsibility for mentoring and managing an existing NSW sales & clinical team whilst balancing your desire to remain infield working with senior level Surgeons and related theatre teams for an innovative joint & extremities product portfolio. This position currently has a small NSW team and as your business grows you can expect your State sales team to grow respectively.  Your Qld based Manager encourages & expects self management and is seeking a business driver who wants to be part of a successful, tight knit sales team. Reporting into the National Sales Manager this role will see you responsible for providing superior inservicing / education & logistics support working face to face with a range of Hospital based healthcare professionals in Sydney as well as adhoc projects in Vic, Qld and WA.  This position has no sales responsibilities what so ever and is a terrific opportunity for either an experienced Medical Device / Consumables Sales Representative looking for a non-sales role or an individual who demonstrates current 2+ years Nursing / Clinical education experience.  The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary based remuneration package reflective of relevant experience and will include a car  allowance, leave loading, a bonus structure as well as a laptop & mobile phone.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling their innovative joint & extremities product portfolio which will see you liaising with all levels of Healthcare professionals, in particular allowing you to build strong business relationships with Key Surgeons. The territory geographics will see you predominantly concentrating in Central Sydney Hospitals however case support & business development may be required in the Gosford & Newcastle based Hospitals.
